Director
Paul has 35 years of experience in Estate and Lettings Agency and has mentored and trained Agents for most of his career. Delivering exceptional Customer Service is at the centre of everything that the company does and is a particular passion for Paul. He is a long standing member of ARLA having passed his level 3 qualification in 2011. Helping Agents build the lettings business that they want gives him the most pleasure these days and outside of work, he spends most of his time either watching or playing sport including cricket, football, rugby union, golf and motorsport.
Operations Manager
Jamie has worked in Lettings and property management for over 18 years and have been a member of ARLA since 2012. His passion providing a first class service to all of our clients and helping our team develop and grow in terms of their knowledge and skill. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children and loves playing football and golf.
Head of Property Management
Toni has worked in Property Management since 2013 and has studied to gain her Level 3 ARLA qualification. She loves working with long term, happy landlords and understands the importance of ensuring that tenants feel listened to and cared for in their homes.
Property Manager
Chloe has worked in property since 2016. She finds it rewarding to give landlords and tenants confidence and peace of mind. She recognises that there are some interesting challenges along the way that are not always straightforward to resolve. She enjoys tackling these challenges head on and finding positive outcomes for everyone involved. Chloe enjoys spending time with friends and particularly going for long walks in the countryside.
Head of Pre-Tenancy Administration
Carolyn has worked in Lettings for 17 years and has been ARLA qualified since 2012. She loves the challenges that come with Pre-Tenancy Administration and working alongside our agents and landlords to move tenants into their new homes as smoothly as possible. Moving home is an exciting time and Carolyn enjoys keeping that excitement going! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family. Carolyn also has fun watching football and F1 with her Dad.
Accounts Assistant
Psalms has gained experience in real estate operations and supporting leadership teams administrations since 2020. She has transitioned into a role in Move Lettings as Accounts assistant, where she delivers with her attention to detail and organizational expertise to ensure a smooth and streamlined service for our agents and landlords. Known for her efficiency, she enjoys helping teams stay organized and productive while adding her own touch of innovation along the way.
Administrator
Elle enjoys being thorough throughout the Pre-Tenancy process — completing administrative tasks as creatively as possible is just her cup of tea. She’s more than happy to make sure that the move-ins are processed seamlessly from start to finish and that all documents needed are well accounted for. You can find Elle either with a book in hand or running after her 3 dogs when outside of work.
