Providing expert lettings services for Estate Agents, Move Lettings aim to partner with our Agents and effectively be an extension to their business. We do everything ‘lettings’ from the moment a let is agreed, focusing on the administration and compliance, while you go on to let more properties.
The close working relationship that we have with our 100+ independent Agents is of paramount importance to us and we pride ourselves on being flexible enough to adapt our service to suit the individual needs of our Agents.
We are equally happy working with an Agent on their first let as we are with Agents that are experienced and already have large portfolios.
We are able to facilitate additional income for Agents buy providing products that our Agents can sell with a margin if they wish and we are also very happy to provide help with business advice and consultancy, because when our Agents successfully grow their businesses, we grow too.

There are four key disciplines in Property Management, that we aim to deliver seamlessly:
• Rent collection and accounting – arrears collection if necessary
• Maintenance – keeping a landlord’s property and a tenant’s home in good condition
• Renewals – ensuring that tenancy extensions are negotiated in good time and rent increases applied if appropriate
• Deposit returns – making sure that the check-out process is as smooth as possible and that any deductions due are properly negotiated
• White label services – We have the ability to offer a white labelled service, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and we can provide a bespoke package.
Our experience and work ethic helps us reach great outcomes in the vast majority of situations as we understand that our Agents work hard to build their businesses and we want to make sure that we compliment the service and support their growth.
We will take responsibility for rent collection and effective arrears collection if necessary. We will process and Rent and Legal Protection Claims, produce itemised monthly statements and process check out reports at the appropriate time. Furthermore, we are always available with help and advice if our landlords need it.
Includes the Let Only and Rent collection services detailed above. Plus the coordination of property repairs and maintenance including an emergency out of hours service. We manage finances from rent received to minimise disruption for our landlords. We will serve the appropriate notices in a timely fashion as required and carry out the necessary negotiations at the end of the tenancy to agree any necessary deductions from the tenant’s security deposit.
Includes two references, preparation of tenancy agreement, registration of security deposit, compliance (including the organising of gas safety, electrical safety, EPCs and compliance with the Deregulation Act). We will process payments quickly and produce clear financial statements for all parties involved. Additional £15 per reference above two.
