Our service is two-tier, starting with our Rent collection service and moving into our Fully Managed Service.
Once your tenant is moved in, we take full responsibility for collecting the rent and if necessary, arrears collection; no matter how well-referenced a tenant is, their circumstances can change, so we always encourage landlords to take a rent and legal protection policy, to cover them in the event that a tenant does not pay their rent. In these circumstances, we will fully manage the rent and legal protection claim on behalf of the landlord.
We will produce itemised monthly statements and process check out reports at the appropriate time all while being constantly available with help and advice should our landlords need it.
Our Fully Managed Service includes everything in the Rent Collection Service, plus the co-ordination of property repairs and maintenance, including an emergency out of hours service.
We manage finances from rent received to minimise disruption for our landlords. We will serve the appropriate notices in a timely fashion as required and carry out the necessary negotiations at the end of the tenancy to agree any necessary deductions from the tenant’s security deposit.
