The process starts with referencing, we include up to two references in our service and will report to our Landlords or agents with the results, allowing them to make informed decisions.
Then comes the compliance, we will take care of organising the Gas safety, Electrical Safety, EPC and relevant elements within the Deregulation Act, so you can rest assured that everything is compliant.
Next, we will prepare the tenancy agreement, this will be signed by both parties through our online portal, speeding up the process and making the whole process paper-free.
Finally, we will correctly register the security deposit as well as processing any payments quickly, producing clear financial statements.
In essence, everything you and your tenants need to execute a smooth move-in and hopefully setting up the tenancy well, with both parties feeling good about the service they have received.
