Paul Sloan MARLA

Director

Paul's Bio

Paul has 35 years of experience in Estate and Lettings Agency and has mentored and trained Agents for most of his career. Delivering exceptional Customer Service is at the centre of everything that the company does and is a particular passion for Paul. He is a long standing member of ARLA having passed his level 3 qualification in 2011. Helping Agents build the lettings business that they want gives him the most pleasure these days and outside of work, he spends most of his time either watching or playing sport including cricket, football, rugby union, golf and motorsport.

Jamie Brind FARLA

Operations Director

Jamie's Bio

Jamie has worked in Lettings and property management for over 18 years and have been a member of ARLA since 2012. His passion providing a first class service to all of our clients and helping our team develop and grow in terms of their knowledge and skill. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children and loves playing football and golf.

Carolyn Holt MARLA

Head of Pre-Tenancy Administration

Carolyn's Bio

Carolyn has worked in Lettings for 17 years and has been ARLA qualified since 2012. She loves the challenges that come with Pre-Tenancy Administration and working alongside our agents to move tenants into their new homes as smoothly as possible. Moving home is an exciting time and Carolyn enjoys keeping that excitement going! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family. Carolyn also has fun watching football and F1 with her Dad.

Emily Brind MARLA

Emily has been working in Property Management since 2016 and is ARLA Level 3 qualified. She is passionate about providing a fantastic service to her clients and ensuring compliance with the many regulations in the industry. In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with her 2 children.

Jessica Gough AARLA

Jessica's Bio

Jess has over 10 years’ experience in lettings and property management. She enjoys the variety her role brings — especially when faced with the occasional challenge that requires creative problem-solving and a calm, practical approach. Jess loves working towards positive outcomes for everyone involved and takes pride in making the process as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her son and partner and relaxing with a glass of wine and friends.

Chloe Bird MARLA

Property Manager

Chloe's Bio

Chloe has worked in property since 2016. She finds it rewarding to give agents and tenants confidence and peace of mind. She recognises that there are some interesting challenges along the way that are not always straightforward to resolve. She enjoys tackling these challenges head on and finding positive outcomes for everyone involved. Chloe enjoys spending time with friends and particularly going for long walks in the countryside.

Megan has 11 years experience in lettings and property management. She prides herself in always providing the best service in all situations with communication being key.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her horses and going for walks in the countryside with her partner and dog.

Amy Gibson

Amy's Bio

Amy has worked in lettings and property management since 2019 and is passionate about providing excellent service to agents, landlords and tenants. She enjoys the variety the role brings, as no two days are ever the same and there’s always a new challenge. Outside of work, Amy has a little girl who is her whole world. They love exploring together and discovering new places, especially travelling to new countries.

Emma has worked in property management since 2023 and enjoys both the challenge and rewarding nature of the role. She particularly values the opportunity to use creative thinking to solve problems and support clients. She prides herself on her attention to detail and diligence, so that both landlords and tenants can trust that they will receive an outstanding level of service. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and creative writing.

Jade Wash

Pre-Tenancy Administrator

Jade's Bio

Jade has 7 years of property experience covering lettings, pre tenancy admin and build to rent. Her first job in property, for a referencing company, ignited her love for pre tenancy admin. She loves to learn new things, to keep up with legislation changes in the industry, and likes being able to help make the process of moving into a new home a positive one for everyone! Outside of work, you’ll find her training for a marathon, planning her next holiday, or knitting.
